Ghanaian social media personality, Archipalago, recently took a jab at activist Kelvin Taylor following his criticism of Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, the traditional leader of the Ashanti Kingdom. In a scathing video message, Archipalago warned Taylor to show respect to the revered king and not drag his name through the mud.
Archipalago also took a dig at Taylor's personal life, suggesting that his marriage to a white woman is a reflection of laziness on his part. The viral video has sparked a debate online, with some supporting Archipalago's message and others criticizing it for being unnecessarily harsh.
While it is common for most black men in the diaspora to marry white women for documents. African men are not happy with Archipalago for making that provoking comment.
Archipalago and Kelvin Taylor both live in America.
